In case you missed it, here's the United Way spoof from last night's SNL.

  1. I feel so dirty for laughing at that, but he was pretty funny.

  2. The funniest part of the whole show was at the end when they did the group farewell. Eli and the "Other Manning Brother" acted like they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing, so they just kept hugging and patting each other on the back. On a side note, how come Peyton's wife wasn't invited? I'll bet he kept her at home so he could lay the wood to Maya Rudolph. She's saucy!

  4. That was pretty funny. It's just a shame there were no Chesney jokes.

  5. Eli was wheeling a cake out there and he looked like he was facing third and 7 in the rain, down 5 with 45 seconds left in the fourth quarter. I think he gets easily rattled when faced with paper or plastic.

  6. The Bronx Beat sketch had a fantastic joke about the fetus head.

    Eli is Sanjaya.

  7. Peyton actually did a good job -- that fake commercial was great -- it's just that I kept muting the show because the regular cast just continues to suck.

At least Smigel saved the first half hour with a TV Funhouse. Oh, and Carrie Underwood should have just gone without the shorts. Better for everyone involved.

  9. "Pink, watch the blitz!"

Anyone catch the opening monologue? Eli looked as awkward and indecisive as he does in the pocket. Great unintentional comedy.

  13. "Cut that meat! Cut that meat!"

Would that Terry Tate, Office Linebacker, had appeared in the "commercial" to take Peyton out.

  15. I kept a piece of ham in my pants for a few days just to have a secret? For real, that episode had some fantastic moments.

Whomever's writing, keep going straight to using butthole for jokes. No one could keep a straight face but Samberg in the locker room sketch.

I'd say a solid 9.5 on the Joe Montana's "I'll Be Upstairs Masturbating" Scale.

  17. That was pretty funny.

Not as funny as the fact that you degenerates went three rounds on a country draft and not one of you picked the Netherlands, home to Amsterdam, a.k.a. the Happiest Place on Earth. But yes, funny.

  19. This video is no longer available. Like Carrie Underwood's nasal passages.

  20. Drugs? I was talking about the high culture of the Van Gogh museum, MMP.

And, of course, the city's other artistic treasure -- legalized prostitution.

  21. tortfeasor - Ashley Manning was there, she (and Eli's fiance') was sitting next to Cooper when they showed the Manning's during the opening monologue.

  23. Alright, now I'll kill a snitch.

    Peyton > Brady.

  24. joy lindsey - oh I know the one on the left of Cooper was Eli's fiance, but I thought the lady on the other side of him was Ashley...if it wasn't and it was Cooper's wife, Cooper and Peyton's wives look alike. I did read that Peyton's wife was there though. Not suprised she didn't come on stage after, only Cooper and Eli did, not the whole fam.
